My Terms of Use are Pretty Simple

My PSP Tutorials, are written by me. All graphics used on the tutorials are mine except where I have used a work of art, or tube and have received permission for use.

All text, instructions, tubes and selections are copyrights to Patao.com. They are not to be copied reproduced, uploaded, or distributed in anyway without permission.

Links to my tutorials, require written permission for groups for lessons.

 

It seems some tutorial writers believe if they write a tutorial to teach you how to make something they believe that they can dictate how you use the whole finished item, as well as any piece of the item that you learned how to make. I believe that teaching does not mean ownership of what you made.

What you create from my tutorials is yours to do with as you desire. Other than placing on CD for sale or profit

My pages are not to be sent thru emails.

Now with PSP 8, there is a Scripting feature. PLEASE DO NOT script my tutorials and claim them as you own. One can be printed for you own personal use, however not to be shared with others, or sent thru emails.

Do Not translate my tutorials. I have had too many problems when allowing others to translate my tutorials.

 

 

Graphics Terms

All digital graphics on display, are under copyright to Patao and not to be removed from this site. I do not hold the copyright to any original art work that might be used for tubes. All tubes used on this site for digital work are created by many very talented artists. It is impossible for me to give credit for their work, as in most cases I'm not familiar with the names, or numbering. I use a software named Paint Shop Pro in creating my digital graphics. The software has provided this feature for artists to tube, and with these tubes, many other artists, like me, do their digital creations. Like myself most of them, respect other artists work, and give credit when possible. Many artist only use copyright free graphics, as I do, or get permission to tube. I personally am a member of a site that provides copyright free photos and/or graphics for our use. All work on this site is for personal use and has never been for profit or gain to me.
